This customer’s yard in Mississauga was heavy clay. We removed 8 x cubic yards of clay soil and replaced with fresh 50:50 soil prior to laying 900 square feet of fresh Kentucky Bluegrass sod. We also installed 1.5 cubic yards of small river rock, and 1 cubic yards of HPB (High Performance Bedding) so that they can add patio stones in the future.
