Another one saved.
Years of heavy use and unprofessional attend to refinishing left this floor in crying condition. We did our best to bring it back to life and protect for years to come. Finished in natural colour for easier maintenance and to withstand two big dogs we applied Loba Duo 2K finish.

This red oak floor gets another chance to shine, after years of being heavily used and damaged the attempt to DIY went wrong and that’s when we got the call to fix it all!!!
Stained with dark walnut colour for that perfect match and finished with Loba Hybrid At Satin finish.

First part of this project completed.
We sand and finished floors in a lower level and a master bedroom floor upstairs, set of open stairs going to the third level and 18 stair nosings and risers.
Finished with Loba Duo 2K Satin finish.
Will be back in a month to complete the rest of this project.

This old maple floor just got a new life, sanded down, water popped and stained with Early American colour. Two coats of Loba Duo 2K Satin Finish was applied for that extra protection.
