The homeowner visited our showroom to select the materials for this living area renovation after a fire caused significant damage over the summer. We worked closely with them and their insurance company to complete the project over several months, finishing in November 2024.

The renovation included gutting the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The homeowner chose new hardwood flooring during their visit, and we also installed large-format sheets for the wall behind the entertainment space.

We started with an empty storage space in the basement and transformed it into a functional bathroom. The project included creating a closet, a shower, a vanity area, and installing a toilet. Here's how the renovation unfolded.

â—† Planning and Design
The homeowner came to our showroom to select the materials for their new space. After discussing their vision, we helped them choose the perfect combination of elements that fit their needs and style.

â—† Material Selection
The homeowner picked the following items,
Cabinetry: Tavern MDF flat doors with chrome handles from MM Brothers K&B+.
Sink: Kato Ryker 21 from Pearl Sinks.
Faucet: Bello II, chrome, from Pearl Sinks.
Shower Tiles: Galaxy Statuario, glossy finish, 12" x 24".
Floor Tiles: Galaxy Statuario, matte finish, 12" x 24".
Shower System: SR SUN RISE Shower System from MM Brothers K&B+.
Shower Door: 60" sliding shower door with a 36" side panel in chrome from MM Brothers K&B+.
Mirror: 30" LED front-light mirror with dimmable and anti-fog features from MM Brothers K&B+.
Lighting: 4" slim panel pot lights from MM Brothers K&B+.
Paint: Dulux Delicate White (DLX1001-1).
Countertop: TSF Sofia quartz, 3cm thick, from TSF - The Stone Fabricator Inc.

â—†Renovation Process
We started by framing the space and running plumbing and electrical lines to accommodate the new bathroom layout. Once the framework was ready, we installed the tiles for the shower surround and flooring, followed by the shower system and sliding door.

The cabinetry was added next, along with the sink and faucet. The quartz countertop was custom-fabricated and installed to complete the vanity area. The mirror and lighting were mounted, ensuring proper illumination for the space. Finally, the walls were painted with Dulux Delicate White to brighten the room.

The result is a fully functional and modern bathroom that seamlessly integrates into the basement. The space now feels clean, organized, and well-lit, with every detail chosen by the homeowner to meet their needs.

This bathroom renovation was a stunning transformation, designed with the homeowner’s vision as our guiding inspiration. The homeowner visited our showroom to handpick the tiles, colours, and finishes that now define this beautiful and functional Master Ensuite.

â—† Shower Surround: The old acrylic shower was completely removed and replaced with a fully tiled surround. The homeowner chose large-format marble-effect tiles for their timeless elegance and sleek, modern appeal. The tiles' clean lines and subtle veining create a luxurious atmosphere, complemented by polished chrome fixtures and a rainfall showerhead for a spa-like experience.

â—† Vanity and Countertops: The outdated cabinetry and countertops were replaced with new selections chosen by the homeowner during their showroom visit. The classic white cabinetry, combined with rich, dark countertops, creates a sophisticated contrast, while the addition of LED backlit mirrors elevates both the functionality and style of the space.

â—† Bathtub Backsplash: To ensure a cohesive design throughout the bathroom, matching marble-effect tiles were used for the bathtub backsplash. This seamless detail brings unity to the space and enhances its modern aesthetic.

◆ Repainting: To complete the transformation, we repainted the entire bathroom in a fresh, neutral tone selected to complement the homeowner’s chosen materials. The new paint brings warmth and balance to the design, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere.

By involving the homeowner every step of the way and guiding them through our showroom’s curated selection, we brought their vision to life. This thoughtfully designed space now reflects their personal style, combining elegance, functionality, and a renewed sense of luxury.

Another bathroom renovation completed!

We fully gutted the bulkhead and removed the old plastic shower box, replacing it with Elegant Tezario tiles.

We installed new shower fixtures, added pot lights for a warm, ambient glow, and fitted elegant glass shower doors to enhance the space. Finally, we finished the transformation with a fresh coat of White Dove paint, giving the bathroom a clean, polished look.
