Over the weekend, we helped two lovely homeowners prepare their house for sale by showing the basement some love. We repaired the drywall and applied two fresh coats of paint! We also revived the doors and trim with a clean and smooth semi-gloss finish.

From worn out & water damaged 💦 to wonderfully renewed ✨

Here we fully repaired a bathroom ceiling that had significant water damage. All compromised material was cut out and replaced with new drywall, taped, mudded, and finished. We scraped away all peeling paint, primed the surface properly, and repainted the ceiling for a clean finish. The bathroom walls also received fresh coats of paint to complete the transformation.

Did you know that painting over oil paint without the right application of primer will lead to cracks and peeling of the paint down the road? You can count on us to always take the steps needed to ensure longstanding results!🙌🏼

Patched and repaired stairwell walls, applied 2 coats of paint, and sealed the knotting on the stringers with stain blocker prior to painting for a durable and clean finish!
