Amanda’s master bedroom started the same way a lot of Ottawa projects do, nothing was “wrong” with it, but nothing felt right either. A full-height fireplace statement wall that makes the ceiling feel even taller, and pulls the whole layout together.

What we handled on this one:

• Full-height fireplace surround (large-format charcoal tile, modern lines)
• Linear fireplace upgrade (sleek, contemporary insert)
• Electrical + lighting: statement chandelier + fixture updates for the scale of the room
• Flooring refresh: lighter, modern wood tone to brighten the entire space
• Painting + finishing: crisp walls/trim, clean transitions, final details
• Stair detailing: modern black spindles + warm wood posts/handrail to match the new palette
