In my seedling trays, I have 185 head lettuce plants that have sprouted, so far! I've been planting head lettuce every two weeks since March! I also have some romaine head lettuce that has sprouted!

Love these silicone-plastic cell trays! Save money and waste, as they are reusable. Good quality too! Just wash/sterilize and replant!

Fresh picked lettuce and spinach! Oh so yummy! I've been waiting all winter for this!

My little patch of purple passion Asparagus (which has gotten a little neglected, needs some tender loving care, which I plan to work at this week. So much weeding to do and its only May!
