Another great transformation in progress 🔨🔥

We’ve just completed the tile installation over a heated floor system along with a custom shower build using large format 24x24 tiles. These oversized tiles give the space a clean, modern look while also helping reduce grout lines for easier maintenance and a more seamless finish.

The heated floor system underneath adds that extra level of comfort—especially for those cold mornings—making the space not just beautiful, but functional year-round.

Next up, we’ll be wrapping everything up and revealing the finished bathroom. We’ll be sharing a full before-and-after so you can see just how big of a difference quality tile work and thoughtful design can make.

For this project, we installed Schluter DITRA membrane paired with the COMFORT ONE heated floor system — the perfect combo for durability, crack isolation, and consistent heat distribution.

This setup not only protects the tile from movement in the subfloor, but also gives that luxury warm-floor feel all year round ❄️➡️🔥

This tongue & groove fence gate was backed into, which knocked the boards apart and broke the bottom support — leaving the whole section loose and failing.

We came in and:
✔️ Reassembled all the tongue & groove boards properly
✔️ Rebuilt the broken bottom support
✔️ Reinforced everything so it’s solid and secure again

Now the gate is back to being tight, supported, and functioning the way it should — no movement, no weak points.
