We have been operating in full framing mode over the past couple of weeks, with more projects on the horizon. These old stairs posed major hazard. We replaced them with beautiful new closed stringer, all cedar stairs.

We also Brougt in yellow clay to allow positive drainage away from the foundation.

Started this rainy Monday with some water damage repair.
