My new friends/customers had a great idea. After I painted their walls, ceilings, and trim. They decided to get me to sandblast all the interior doors at my shop. The plan is to stain the doors to go along with the beautiful light beige that the walls were done in. You can see that the hardware is sandblasted also, ready for a clear coat finish. I showed them some sample pictures of sandblasted wood pieces that I had done, and they were satisfied that this plan was to be set in motion. Here are the before and after pictures. Just a reminder that when wood is sandblasted lightly with the finest sand, there will always be a little sanding to clean up any loose wood. I practiced enough to know how careful this work had to be, just the right pressure and the fine sand to work with. Take a look at your doors and call me for more information, thanks, Don...ZS

Gotta love the weather, the first deck I've ever done in the month of January. Having the deck brought back to bare wood will eliminate you having to scrape the traffic areas every spring. I had one fellow tell me he sanded his deck by hand( for the last time he said). With low pressure, fine sand, and the knowledge and experience of how to carefully sandblast, I can save you time, money, and frustrating work. We absolutely love how this highboy dresser turned out after a careful low pressure sandblast, new hardware, then a coat of clear verathane. Because of soft sand, low pressure, and experience, this is a beautiful part of the renovation of one of our bedrooms. The before picture isn't the best, but the after tells the story. We are renovating one of the bedrooms in our home. This is the door from a highboy dresser that we are adding to the room. The pictures show the door which has been lightly sandblasted ( with no hand sanding needed) blown off with air and coated with a clear oil based verethane. What if you didn't have to sand that piece that you're thinking about getting done. All the time and mess and elbow grease eliminated by bringing it to me to put it through the careful process that I just explained, what's your time worth?

With the great weather we are experiencing, I have sandblasted a record 6 truck frames this year with 3 more booked. Thank you everyone for your support. There is still lots of time to add to the queue. These blasting jobs are the backbone of this business.
