Reported that there was water issues in the basement. Inspected the weeping tile ( Big O ) around the house to see if it was plugged with roots or dirt. Turns out it was clean and they don't have to dig it up to replace it.

We were able to find 2 Partially Blocked spots 25 feet in and 27 feet in. But on the brighter side NO roots!!
