Turf and deck railing completed!

We had a big job to do in Nipawin. The customer was having water leaking into the finished basement due to a crack in the foundation and negative drainage on the concrete step and the garage pad was broken and settled 2 inches. So we came in and striped the grass, sidewalk, step, and a portion of the garage pad. Next we dug down to the footing and waterproofed the crack in the foundation with epoxy and blue skin membrane. Next poured a new garage pad and raised the garage up to the original height. Next we put in a Barkman paving stone sidewalk, built and new deck and step, put in underground sprinklers, new top soil. Deck railing and sod to hopefully follow this week weather permitting. It was a fun job to do for a great customer! (Wink)

Nine Yards Landscaping is very proud to be featured in the Burnco project spotlight. Burnco Landscape supplies and Barkman were excellent to work with and of course we are very fortunate to be given this great opportunity by Sue and Kyle Olafson. Also, thanks to a great landscaping crew we were able to make it happen. Bryn Sawatzky, Derek Clemence, Kyle Chylowsky, Jacob Arnsten busted their backs for a year or more on this project!
