Dexteriors

Dexteriors Dexteriors offers outdoor maintenance free solutions that do not require painting and staining to protect the product from the rigors of Mother Nature.

Dexteriors , a wholly owned subsidiary of Shiloh Holdings Ltd., was conceived from an idea that would offer outdoor maintenance free solutions for home owners. In our busy lifestyle, home owners are offered maintenance free exterior products that do not require painting and staining to protect the product from rigors of Mother Nature. These products are either made of Vinyl or Aluminum, both of wh

ich have their own unique features that will provide an aesthetically pleasing finish that will not require any coatings or other coverings to protect the surface. The Vinyl products have color fastness that will resist ultra violet attack from harmful rays from the sun. The aluminum products are powder coated which offers a wide variety of color and a long lasting color finish of 20 to 25 years. Dexteriors offers Vinyl Decking, Composite Decking and traditional Treated Lumber deck designs. Each deck type has merit and each will act as a good deck surface with different degrees of after installation maintenance. Vinyl siding is offered in many styles and colours with some styles that emulate brick, stone, or cedar shake finishes. Soffits and Fascia add a nice trim feature to a home and can be matched to eaves trough, downspout and window trim colors. These products are aluminum and will offer low maintenance options to your exterior. Aluminum Railings with powder coated color finishes are available in several distinct profiles which offer a choice of style and color. Railings can be inset with pickets, choices of wide or narrow, or tempered glass. Tempered glass can be clear or tinted (4 colors) and may be chosen in an obscure finish that allows light through but a certain degree of privacy. Custom railing may be ordered depending upon the consumer needs and ability of the manufactures to customize to fit requirements. We are now selling and installing Vinyl Casement, Slider, Bay and other custom fit Low E Argon filled windows. Dexteriors has supplied and installed over a thousand decks throughout Saskatchewan and have successfully installed new windows and siding on many homes throughout Saskatchewan. We are always on the lookout for new innovative products to bring to our clients. We would like to be your outdoor maintenance free product supplier. Ok that worked so here is our company status today! Unfortunately We will be attending the memorial service for Sandy Ehr aka. Hokey Dina this afternoon. I would like to express my sincerest condolences to Barney and the entire family on this solemn occasion. We loved Sandy and will always remember her as a loving spirit and good friend throughout the time I was fortunate to know her. She also was a person who gave me life coaching in times I needed support through difficult times. Rest in peace sweet lady.

Good morning all! Just a short blurb wishing the seasons best and Merry Christmas to each and everyone who has crossed our path this past year. We would like to thank those who supported us during this past year and would like to ensure you that in spite of some struggles due to this short season, our outlook for this coming outdoor season in 2015 looks very promising. I would ask that if you or anyone you know has an indoor project that needs doing this winter, we would be more than happy to come and quote your project. We are still finishing up our outdoor projects and should be done by the end of December and would be available in January 2015 to take on your project. So call, text, email or fax me if you require a quote and I will be over to discuss any projects that you may need doing. Phone 306-371-8260,fax 306-665-3326 or email me at [email protected]. Happy Holidays everyone!

I was in the midst of an update and the blurb that I had created just disappeared before my eyes. So much for my next career in the IT community. We are damn busy here at Dexteriors and thank all of our great clients for having patience with us as we are trying to deal with the late start to this construction season and the monsoon weather we have been experiencing. I joked the other day that I half expect to see monkeys swinging from the trees soon as this rain forest develops here in Saskatchewan. We are actively trying to recruit good capable people to join our team so we may meet all the commitments that we have made to our clients. I have hired many people in the past few weeks only to have them fall by the way side or just not bother showing up for the work. Am I the only one suffering through this or is this the way of the future. I would invite anyone who has a good knowledge of building and construction with a definite regard to job site safety to contact me. All we want are good capable people who will listen to instruction and get the work done in a safe manner to come and talk to us, as this is a priority to get our work caught up and moving along before the white blanket hits us this fall. So if anyone has knowledge of a good prospect for our company and we hire this individual, I will treat you to dinner and some other goodies we have for promotion. Our motto 'Good Work Done Right' is something we take pride in accomplishing and we do not want to compromise this by hiring those who do not have this same vision. So leave us a message on this site or email me at [email protected] if there is someone we can put to work in our organization. Keep your rain gear handy and patch the holes in you dingy, cos I have a bad feeling this rain is not ending anytime soon. By the way we have new warehouse address which is Bay 11-1622 Ontario Ave. which we stuffed ourselves into the first of June. The cold winter and late start to the building season precipitated the move and we are forging ahead full steam to make up for lost revenue. Have the best rain soaked day you can and keep smiling cos it could be worse! John H.

Hi everyone! Well the weather has been our friend up until now and I am really hoping we can keep this going thru til the end of October. Well maybe until mid October anyway. We will be moving inside when the weather becomes too cold to work effectively outdoors. I will be looking for inside work for our carpenters and would quote you on any work that we may do for you free of charge. We have achieved the same level of competency with our indoor work as we have with our outdoor work, which we pride ourselves on doing. So if your project is big or small I would like to hear from you and help you to plan the project of your dreams. Bye for now and enjoy this magnificent weather. Regards, John Hendrickson @ Dexteriors

Well we have certainly had some interesting weather come our way as of late. We are enduring to get caught up but every time the coast looks clear we seem to be attracting more customers and this we can attribute to the great work our guys are putting in and their efforts toward doing good work. So if I haven't said it enough already thanks guys for all your efforts. The company would not be what it is without you and nobody knows that more than I do. For any of you who are sitting on the fence, we do those as well, there still may be some time to get an estimate from us and get your work done before, well you know what is coming, so I won't mention it cause we still should have several months of good weather. Right!. Okay just a little update and hope your summer has been enjoyable up until now and gets better as the season wears on.

06/20/2013

We are enjoying the liquid sunshine-NOT! The outdoor season has exploded and our company is busy. We are still taking on work but soon we will be in a position where we will have to turn away work and that is a shame. I would like to say to you that have allready booked your projects with our firm, to be patient and we will get to the work as soon as we possibly can. The weather is now playing a big part on out ability to get things done and we are committed to do your job as soon as we finish what was booked ahead of you. We as a company will not start a job until we know we can finish it so all our resources will stay on site until we are finsihed. So be patient and we will get there as soon as we possibly can. Thanks to you who have supported us so far this year and we look forward to a successful completion to each of your worthy projects. Sincerely, John Hendrickson @ Dexteriors.
