Fresh in the workshop at YEG Woodcraft.

We just brought in a handful of thick walnut slabs, and every single one has its own personality. Big grain, natural live edges, beautiful sapwood, and the kind of presence you can already picture as a dining table.

This is the fun part of custom furniture. Before the sanding, the finishing, and the final install, it starts right here with the slab.
