Shout out to McCaster Cleaning. This unit was so dirty it took them many hours of scrubbing to remove the dirt. Thank you so much for scrubbing down the walls and trim.

Cleaned up the smoke damage from cigarette smoking and patched a few holes. Beautiful in White Dove. Ready for the next round of renovations.

Most unusual home I've ever seen. It started out as a saw mill, then became a barn and then finally a house. The last resident was a smoker so there was lots of remediation. There will be more work done on it but the smoke is eliminated from the ceiling and walls.
