We are looking for professional painters to join our growing company for the spring and the summer season. The skilled Painter must be able paint the interior and exterior of structures, buildings and other surfaces. Have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable and deft as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work. We do both interior and exterior painting for Residential and commercial. Most our clientele are in the Winnipeg area.

Responsibilities

· Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.

· Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, pressure washer removing old paint etc.

· Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material provided

· Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools

· Must be able to Scrape, sand, putty, patch, cut straight lines, roll, use a sprayer and any other duties involved in painting.

· experience with sprayer painting

Requirements

· Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, sprayers, rolls etc.)

· balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.

· Conscientious with great attention to detail

· Must be will to work out side and inside homes

· Must be will to work in a group/team setting

· Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the painting industry.

· Discipline in cleanliness, professionalism, quality and punctuality

Job Type: Seasonal (SPRING AND SUMER AND FALL)

Salary: depends on experience

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday and possible weekends.
