Masala Khichu (Papdi lot)
Papdi no lot is a traditional Gujarati dish made from rice flour. It’s essentially steamed spicy dough (this description does zero justice) referred to as Kichu or Khichya. It usually has green chilis, ajwain (Carom seeds) and cumin seeds.
Garnished with Sharaded Carrot, Cilantro and herbs.
Enjoy it for lunch, as an appetizer, or just a snack.

Served with Sambar (lentil soup) with seasonal vegetables and spices, green chutney & Coconut chutney.
Goes well with tomato ketchup.
