Observation!

The birds prefer the side that is natural and imperfect, why? Because the side that looks lush and green is sprayed with chemicals.

Sprouts
Day #5 - Pretty well ready to start eating

With sprouts I put the seeds in the jar. Add water, swish around a couple second and drain the water, you can use cheese cloth like you see here but I find a steel strainer works better, the seeds don’t get caught in the cloth. you want to do this one a day until your ready to use them.
