Philodendron Hastatum. I think I neglected the world of philodendrons for far too long. There’s many subspecies of plants for any given category but it feels as though philodendrons are unlimited! Varying in rarity and prices, this beauty falls somewhere right in the middle. Priced at $120, these silvery blue plants will thrive in partial sun with moderate watering, ensuring the roots are never soaking wet. I have (had) two for sale but I’ve decided they’re too beautiful to give up. I’m most definitely keeping one for my personal collection. Available on Etsy. ☺️

Another Haworthia! Might be one of my favourite types of succulent species out there. There are so many varieties that look so distinct and unique, they’re impossible not to love. This Haworthia is called “Crystal Ball” and features a deep plum exterior with super fine purple veins on the top - $48. ☺️

She’s finally ready for sale! I’ll be honest, I absolutely hated begonias. I thought they were overrated and boy, was I being ignorant. Just LOOK at these striking colours!! The metallic texture is something I could stare at all day. This plant prefers partial shade as direct sun will burn the leaves. Water when soil is dry to the touch, about once a week or so. I have about 5-6 more begonias that I’ll be adding for sale so stay tuned. 🥳

I’m not sure who needs to hear this but the world is in a state of communal anxiety and isolation. Your feelings are valid. Hoarding plants as a result of spending more time inside - totally valid. This started as a passion project where the best way to pass the time was tending to my plants and condo garden. I loved putting my hands in the soil, repotting, observing and it was so grounding. I’ve never had a hobby nor a passion before so this feels like a surge of meaning to my life. My hope is to possibly help you connect with nature in a way that is therapeutic somehow. There is nothing like the satisfaction of seeing a plant produce a new leaf for you when it’s been well taken care of. If you want to try something new, send me a message, pay for a stamp and I’ll send you some seeds for the spring! I want to share this feeling with everyone.

This slow-growing succulent boasts small rosettes of fleshy, small green leaves. While taking care of this plant you can enjoy white flowers in spring and summer without the need for direct light, so long as it is a bright location. In the summer, water when the soil has completely dried and reduce this to monthly watering throughout the winter season. For those who have trouble taking care of plants, this succulent is a difficult one to kill. 😍

She. Is. Here. The Alocasia Silver Dragon is actually such a show stopper. Endemic to Indonesia, this plant adores humidity. This plant can reach a height of up to 1-2m. For this plant, it’s so important that you don’t over-water as it will not tolerate wet feet and soggy soil. It does tend to go dormant over winter but if you can find a sunny and warm spot for it throughout the season, it might not deteriorate too much. It will return to absolute glory back in the spring. At $145, this is definitely a collector’s item.

This super pet-friendly plant would make an incredible addition to a dark-themed plant corner or someone just looking for the perfect, most aesthetic plant. Just a few feet away from a direct window in a bright spot will help this beauty thrive.

These plants enjoy to be ever-so-slightly moist at all times so try not to allow the soil to dry out completely. Water thoroughly when it’s time.

These plants do enjoy humidity so a greenhouse or humid room in your home would be great, but not essential to its survival. It may just grow a bit slower!
