$10.00sqft Labour Only - Open Concept
(does not include materials, electrical, kitchens, bathrooms)

*** If you wish to add a Bathroom Here's our prices:

2 pc bathroom FROM $ 1500.00 (labor only )
3 pc bathroom FROM $ 3000.00 (labor only )
4 pc bathroom FROM $ 3500.00 (labor only )
5pc bathroom starting FROM $4000.00 depending on size of bathroom (labor only)

*** Must be roughed in or there is an additional charge of $500.00

If you wish to add a Kitchen, it will be starting FROM $2500.00 labor only, depending on size!

So think about this, send me a list of what you need done, a sketch of your basement floor plan, maybe some pictures and we can work from there.
