I love the challenge of a repair, especially when the homeowner thinks it can't be fixed. The contractor had to relocate the air return because of the basement renovations and the homeowner did not want the new air return cover. The original wood air return cover had sentimental value to them and they wanted it modified to suit the new opening. We were able to carefully patch and blend the old opening and modify the wood air return perfectly to match the new opening.

Here's one I forgot to post about from a few years ago. This is the one of the common areas in Trinity College School that needed some much overdue love. We sanded and finished the white oak bleachers and floor topped off with Loba commercial finish.

This is definitely one of our larger projects of the year. Here we were tasked with preparing the concrete subfloor, installing some very beautiful white oak parquet, sanding and finishing it with a commercial grade finish. The goal was to make this floor last for many years of dancing and celebrations.

It's all about the details, unfortunately I'm not a photographer and don't often capture them. Another project completed for with the design vision of . Here we installed wide plank white oak flooring, aria flush mount vents and white oak stair treads capped over the original stair.

This project was recently completed in East York for @. These treads were custom made to match the new nosing and finished to match the new floor. It's very satisfying to complete these challenging installations and have such wonderful results.

We love the way this one turned out. This project started off as a sand and finish but required plenty of repairs as well as new nosings to accommodate new pickets, posts and handrails. A two year long interior renovation project for a very particular client has finally wrapped up and it looks beautiful.

Unfortunately not everyone knows you can repair and sand floors. On this job  the homeowners removed some walls and we were able to patch the missing floor, sand and finish everything saving time and money.
