Crown molding refresh/repair 🔥This customer had their crown molding throughout their upper floor that had all cracked out and separated from the ceiling over the years. Their previous painter repaired it only 2 years ago and yet it cracked right back out again on them within months...

The solution:

✔️ We removed (cut away and stripped) all of the previous caulking.
✔️ Areas of the ceiling and crown were sanded and primed with stain-block oil-based primer.
✔️ Everything was caulked freshly with SherMax caulking by - this is a premium product that will allow for the caulking to stretch instead of cracking out.

The result: 👍 a happy customer that has beautiful crown moldings that should last significantly longer.

💎 Transformation time! ⌚ - The old black wood wall and darker grey colour made this small master bedroom feel dark and even smaller... Here's what we did to fix this in a budget-friendly manner:

✅ Wood wall removed
✅ Nail holes filled / electrical channels drywalled
✅ Sconces properly plastered to be seamless with walls
✅ Walls painted: "Plaster of Paris" by in Aura Matte finish
✅ Baseboards, trim, and closet doors painted: "Plaster of Paris" in Benjamin Moore Aura Satin finish
✅ Fresh coat of black on the bedroom door: Benjamin Moore Command - Satin finish

This brought much needed brightness and warmth to this room 👍

Kitchen complete - cabinets are Sherwin-Williams Jade Dragon, walls are Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray (eggshell) and trim is Benjamin Moore Scuff-X White (Satin).

Now this is a complete transformation! All the baseboards, window and door casings, and doors were re-modeled. The colour is "Dove Wing": Walls = low-sheen eggshell, Trim = Pearl / Satin, Ceilings = 1/2 tint flat.

Flooring is LVP "Merriman" by Floorest Canada.

The nice off-white warm neutrals really elevated the space providing warmth and using the same color in different sheens make the house seem and feel larger.

The customer is very happy with the final results!

Check out this bathroom renovation that we did! The owner wanted to renovate their previously rented house to get it ready for sale. Done in Benjamin Moore Dove Wing in low-sheen eggshell.

The previous tenant tried to remodel the bathroom themselves by placing wood planks along the top of the tub/shower surround and attempted to support the back right corner of the shower with a small partial wall...

We removed the wood planks and wooden trim around the window and replaced it with plastic craftsmen trim and capped it wait a plastic covemolding along the top. We stripped the partial wall down to the studs, and re-drywalled / tapped the corner to create a seamless look.

To clean up the tub/shower surround we applied adhesive to the joints and caulked it with the proper caulking strips and applied silicone to all the seams.

We also replaced the old broken door with a new door and matte black hardware.

This was a very low-cost way to flip the bathroom into something that is both functional and visually much more appealing.
