Are you an Concrete Formwork Carpenter or Carpenter Helper and looking to take the next step in your career? Do you currently feel stuck where you are and want to move on from your current position? Were you maybe forced due to the COVID lay offs to take a break and want to get back working?

We are currently seeking for Lead Hand Carpenters, Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers to join our team. To be considered for these roles you need to possess experience within the concrete industry. You know how build concrete formwork for a variety of commercial and civil concrete structures such as retaining walls, foundations, raft slabs, stairs, suspended slabs, chambers, manholes, detention tanks, misc. architectural concrete structures, and seisimic upgrades etc. Ideally you have tied a fair amount of rebar and know how to place concrete properly.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a safe work environment, building great quality structures and take pride in their daily work. As a team member you enjoy using your knowledge and experience to achieve our company goals. If you bring a special skill set with you e.g. have some special concrete finishing/sacking skills or being able to handle a robotic station e.g. the HILTI Total station, even better. To get to the job sites, you will need your own vehicle.

Sea-Jae Builders Ltd, a concrete, formwork and specialized carpentry company with headquarters in Vancouver, and job locations throughout the Metro Vancouver area, is currently looking for quality, knowledgeable field staff to join our team.

We are currently accepting applications for one Foreman, Lead Hands, carpenters and Carpenter Helpers. To be considered for this role you must possess numerous year’s experience within the construction industry. We are looking for a wide array of knowledge and experience to go along with your ability to work within our company. Experience with concrete formwork, placing concrete, carpentry, reading drawings all considered an asset for these positions.

Sea-Jae offers a competitive wage with an opportunity for benefits. All employees are expected to have transportation to and from our jobsites, and are expected to have their own basic carpentry tools and safety gear. The foreman will be able to get a company van.
