Looking for an open concept basement or main floor? Here is a basement that had a load bearing wall in the middle of the lower level of a backsplit. We opened it up by installing a new footing and a steel beam. This ensuite bathroom renovation is coming along nicely. We removed the 4’ acrylic shower and corner tub to accommodate a new 6’ tiles shower with a drop in tub. Custom vanity and floor to ceiling cabinets go in on Monday! Stay tuned for progress photos next week!
