This customer had a leaking pipe joint in their attic and needed it repaired along with mold clean up, replacement of insulation, wood, and gyp rock that was damaged by the leak.
Mold was removed and area was sprayed down with mold killer, strapping was replaced along with damaged gyprock. It was then crack filled and painted.
ParkLaur booking interior work for this current season along with interior and exterior work for the upcoming warmer months.

These home owners requested plaster and lathe tear out, re-insulation, and replacement of walls with sheet rock, crack fill and paint. This is the final room of the renovation of their upstairs which also included a custom accent wall.

This customer needed their old deck removed and replaced so that’s just what we did 😃
New deck measures 10 feet by 14 feet and includes custom larger sized main stairs making it easier for anyone with accessibility challenges to access the deck. The other side of the deck includes a set of standard stairs, giving the homeowners easy access to their shed.

Recently completed!!!!!
This customer needed their sill replaced under the door which ParkLaur completed along with adding skiriting around the bottom of the porch. When the concrete step was moved back in place, we came back, completed the skirting and finished their step with a custom railing.
