Energy is constantly changing, so it make sense for us to switch up our bedding linens and accessories for the fall/winter seasons.

I, too, change my bedding from neutral but colourful tones to muted, softer shades. My quilted coverlet is swapped for a down duvet and sheets and pillowcases for softer, heavier natural materials.

What changes do you make in the bedroom with the changing seasons? ☯️
