So a fairly easy day today, little roof repair and couple jobs to look at.... couple of before and after pictures... this one held up quite well from that last wind storm and really the original job was well done even with the damage no leaking, pretty great for a three tab!
Beautiful day to be on a roof as well!

So did a little finishing on a utility room for a great couple! Was a pleasure adding to the beauty of this house.
Built the enclosure doors from scratch, nothing fancy but definately functional!
Framing, insulation, dricore subfloor, LVP, drywall, paint, trim, little ductwork, this one had it all!

We wrapped up a bathroom transformation that's totally on point! Okay, I might be a bit biased, but it's pretty awesome if I do say so myself! Thanks to Jacki for all the sweat equity! Few after shots and a few before

So we finished up a small basement
Project... new framing, some new drywall, some old drywall, new paint, flooring and trim, and updated electrical... very happy how things turned out... some before and afters

So we did a bit of an update. Reframe, insulated, drywall and beadboard finishing. New trim and updated electrical. Thanks to Jacki and Kristen for the help. A quick before and after, client will do final paint and wall papering. I think it turned out amazing!
