Cook half the normal time it’s going into the crock pot Blended Buffalo Cheese Sauce: 800g 2% cottage cheese 60g 1/3 fat cream cheese 224g extra sharp cheddar cheese 60g parmigiano reggiano 120g buffalo sauce 300ml milk 30g honey Salt & pepper to taste 18 slices centercenter or 20 slices beef bacon just track your macros both packs have different calories. Seared in a pan after two hours of your chicken cooking, add in your cheese sauce and your bacon let it cook for 30 more minutes and enjoy!

410 calories 49g protein 10.2g fats 33g carbs makes 10 meal preps cheesy beef pasta This is for sure going into my cookbook Instructions Stage 1 96/4 beef 3lbs season with 8g garlic powder 6g onion powder 7g salt, pepper blend mix that up and let it cook Stage 2 Bowl 16 ounces of broccoli when it’s done chop it up if you don’t like thick brocolli I chopped mine up with my spatula it was very easy. Stage 3 simply boil 16 ounces of protein pasta of your choice Stage 4 your cheese sauce 300g plain Greek yogurt 300g 2% cottage cheese 8oz protein bone broth 3g garlic 3g salt and pepper 3g onion powder 35g corn starch 7 servings (1 bag) 2% Mexican cheese blend this up Stage 5 putting together your beef is done at the following Add your broccoli Add your pasta Add your cheese sauce Mix and place into 10 meal preps don’t forget to share this meal to three of your friends. This meal is in my cookbook Steak, egg and cheese, bacon bowls Ingredients 40 ounces top sirloin steak 300g rice weighed raw 12 happy eggs 2 cups egg whites 400g (5) peppers copped 2 packs (20) slices 45 cal beef, bacon Instructions 1.Tenderize your steak season with salt and pepper. I cooked my steak to a internal temperature of 125 degrees Fahrenheit then I let it rest for five minutes for medium rare 2. With a separate pan cook 400 g of chopped peppers 12 eggs and 2 cups egg whites 3. Use your rice cooker and cook 300g of rice weighed raw then cooked with 3 1/2 cups of water 4. should almost be done. Chop up your beef bacon remove your steak from the pan don’t clean it and add your bacon in for extra flavor 5. Chop up your steak while you’re bacon is cooking 6. Your bacon is done adding your chopped steak, your rice and your eggs and peppers 7. The last thing you’re gonna make is your sauce. 400 G plain Greek yogurt 100 G light mayo 60 G honey mustard 3 g of garlic powder 3 g onion powder 3 g paprika 5 g apple cider vinegar 5 g lemon juice Mix this together together add this into your food mix and then place this into 10 meal prep containers! Send this to your friends they’re gonna absolutely love this meal just like you will too!

420 calories 35g protein 8.5g fats 44g carbs makes 10 meal preps Hot honey, sweet potatoes bowls with a kick of Mexican corn. 10/10 instructions Step 1⬇️ Chop up 1500 g of sweet potatoes (about 4 medium/large size) and seasoned with cinnamon, salt, and pepper Step 2 these are going into the oven 430° or 35 minutes Step 3 3lbs 96/4 lean beef seasoned with ⬇️ 10g garlic powder 10g Flavor God everything seasoning get that cooked up Step 4 Why your beef is cooking go ahead and cook up four bell peppers, chopped (800grams) 2 cans of drained corn 4x50 calorie butter balls or (200g butter) You’re gonna let those peppers and corn cook for around 15 to 20 minutes. Do you want the corn to be blackened. Step 5 you’re done now it’s time to assemble. Add the following into a big pot. Your sweet potatoes Your beef Your street corn 300g plain Greek yogurt 6g Taheen seasoning (optional) 1 lime squeezed, roughly 😅 Mix us up you want to mash your potato into the meat because you’re mashing the cinnamon the sweetness of that is going into the meat so when you try it, everything’s evenly covered and everything tastes identically the same. This is such a good meal prep. I’m telling you!! Send this to three of your friends they will thank you! # #

Real friends show up why everyone talk s**t on social media None of you guys know anything about me so many have you guys wished me dead. And that’s very sad. Honestly, it has been weighing on me mentally and emotionally for months now.

Imagine waking up from a wreck you almost die from a way to find social media comments, saying I wish you would’ve died?

I’m not gonna lie a part of me died that day and it’s like God went into my brain and gave me the no f**k filter I seriously now only care about what my true friends that are in my life who are here for me.

This wreck taught me many of things and one thing it taught me is friends are very important and people you do not know that talk crap about you. You should never give a f**k about.

People who taught crap about you on social media have SPS something I came up with it’s called small p***s syndrome. Because you’ll never see a successful person hating on somebody whatsoever.

So to all my SPS syndrome people in the chat I’m praying for you!
