Our new successful project for Jingyu is completed with pride. The proactive common area is aimed to positively influence the flow of traffic through the office allowing employees to accomplish their tasks while promoting a strong sense of teamwork within the company. Comfortable and convenient areas for working encourage employees to do their thinking in public in contrast to being closeted away in an office cubicle.

Emaar Properties is one of the largest real estate developers in the United Arab Emirates as well as in the world and is known for various large-scale projects such as Burj Khalifa. The EDS Interior design team was commissioned to design the office space to address the dual needs of a corporate showroom and professional office space for their new workplace. The aim was to create a personalized place by interacting with employees in the organization and forming a sense of quality in a combination of points, lines, and faces.

EDS Interior Architecture has successfully created a workspace for Thinkool, a multicultural company that offers brand planning, digital marketing, and tech development. Aligned with the mindset of the multitalented individuals who make up the company, our designers came up with an open floorplan office which aims to promote increased collaboration, build interaction, and flexibility among employees. What's unique about this workspace is the use of natural lighting utilizing glass panels, giving a nice view of the city. This not only helps improve focus but also promotes health and wellness.

EDS constructed the Shanghai headquarters of KIK Trading, the largest textile mall and an international large-scale supermarket chain group.

When you walk into the KIK office, what comes into view is the KIK brand logo. It is made of KIK's corporate colors of red and gray U-shaped acrylic. This design element not only brings visual enjoyment, It also leaves a lasting memory for visitors.

EDS has created a multi-functional office space this time. Every detail is full of art and ingenuity, proving once again that good design can bring unlimited possibilities to the brand.
