This Brazilian Pepper trees entire left side was being held up by a single small branch resting on a hedge

This was a potential catastrophe waiting to happen. To persons and property. Luckily I spotted risk and operated accordingly - because of the height of the branches it took some serious strategic thinking on how to cut the tree safely

Result. Not one single bit of damage incurred. Total safe and successful take down

Job done. Disaster averted.

This was a fixed bodged -up job by previous workers not only did they glue the previous tiles down they also failed to create a decline in order to allow water to drain out of the patio area effectively flooding the owners apartment. It was very costly for them
