Befriend Your Inner Monsters—a workshop

We all carry feelings we’d rather not look at. The homesickness, the anxiety, the sense of not quite belonging. What if, instead of pushing them away, you gave them a shape?

Befriend Your Inner Monsters is a cozy, creative workshop for women & FLINTA where we use guided imagery and hands-on art to gently meet the emotions we usually avoid. You’ll sculpt your own little monster keychain out of colourful polymer clay—that’s a tangible, take-home reminder that even your scariest feelings can become friends. 💜

This warm, welcoming afternoon with a small group of women is guided by a psychologist and an artist who both know what it means to build a life far from home.

No art skills needed. No pressure to share more than you want. Just clay, creativity, and connection. 🌷

A cozy Sunday to slow down, create, and play with textures.

In this Crafternoon, you’ll explore a mix of handmade clay and paracord techniques to create your own keychains and jewelry pieces-completely unique, just like you.

You can go two ways:
* Shape your own organic clay beads and charms from scratch
* Or choose from our curated collection of premade beads for an easier, more relaxed flow

Either way, you’ll paint and personalize your pieces, bringing them to life with your own colors and energy.

We’ll also explore different paracord knotting techniques to create keychains-and if you feel inspired, you can turn your handmade beads into one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces as well.
