A few weeks ago, Weinbaums had the opportunity to visit Chicago as part of the German Interior Design & Furniture Delegation organized by GACC Midwest - German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, Inc. together with Die Möbelindustrie - Verbände der deutschen Möbelindustrie.

Chicago is a particularly inspiring city for our company, not only because of the importance of the American market, but also because of its strong connection to modernist architecture and the development of Bauhaus ideas in the United States.

Throughout the program, we gained valuable first-hand insights into the U.S. interiors and furniture market, workplace trends, certification requirements and important considerations for companies entering the American market. Beyond the market perspective, the week created valuable exchanges with architects, business leaders and professionals from both Germany and the United States.

A special thank you to everyone involved for such an exceptionally well-organized, insightful and inspiring experience in Chicago.
