Kurze Bauzeit. Starkes Ergebnis. 🚀

Für Rituals hat die bk Group einen neuen Store im Isenburg-Zentrum erfolgreich realisiert.

Von Anfang März bis zur Eröffnung Ende April entstand auf rund 180 m² eine moderne Retailfläche. Unser Team übernahm sämtliche Ausbauleistungen – vom Rückbau über Trockenbau, Elektro-, Sanitär-, Klima- und Lüftungsarbeiten bis hin zu Malerarbeiten und umfassenden Brandschutzmaßnahmen.

Die besondere Herausforderung: Durch die Osterfeiertage stand für die Umsetzung nur ein sehr knappes Zeitfenster zur Verfügung. Dank einer präzisen Planung und der engen Abstimmung aller Gewerke konnte der Store dennoch termingerecht fertiggestellt werden.

Das Beste zum Schluss: Der Kunde ist rundum zufrieden – und wir freuen uns über ein weiteres erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Rituals-Projekt.

bk Group has successfully completed another Rituals store, this time at Isenburg-Zentrum.

From early March to the grand opening in late April, our team delivered a modern retail space of approximately 180 m². The project included strip-out works, drywall construction, electrical, sanitary, HVAC and ventilation installations, painting works and comprehensive fire protection measures.

One of the key challenges was the tight construction schedule due to the Easter holiday period. Thanks to careful planning and close coordination across all trades, the project was completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

The result: a successful store opening and a very happy client.

Nächster Halt: Hannover 🚀

Nach Prag folgt Hannover: Die bk Group hat einen weiteren SKECHERS Store nach dem neuesten Storekonzept erfolgreich realisiert.

Auf rund 250 m² entstand von Februar bis April 2026 eine moderne Retailfläche, die wir vom Rohbau bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe begleitet haben. Zum Leistungsumfang gehörten unter anderem Trockenbau-, Elektro-, Klima- und Lüftungsarbeiten, Fliesenarbeiten, die Umsetzung aller Anforderungen an die Brandmeldeanlage sowie Möbelbau- und Tischlerleistungen.

Besonders freut uns das positive Feedback unseres Kunden: sehr zufrieden mit der Ausführung – und natürlich eine mängelfreie Übergabe.

Mit Hannover setzen wir die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit SKECHERS fort und begleiten die Marke bei der Umsetzung ihres neuesten Storekonzepts.

Following Prague, bk Group has successfully delivered another SKECHERS store based on the brand’s latest store concept.

Between February and April 2026, a modern retail space of approximately 250 m² was created. From shell condition to turnkey handover, our team delivered drywall, electrical, HVAC and tiling works, implemented all fire alarm system requirements and completed furniture installation and joinery works.

We are especially pleased with the client’s feedback: highly satisfied with the ex*****on and, of course, a defect-free handover.

With Hanover, we continue our successful collaboration with SKECHERS and support the rollout of the brand’s latest retail concept.

Dreimal mehr Raum für modernes Kundenerlebnis 👓

Für Apollo hat die bk Group im Forum Köpenick einen neuen Store nach den aktuellen Design- und Technologiestandards realisiert.

Auf insgesamt 295 m² entstand eine moderne Retail- und Beratungsfläche mit 188 m² Verkaufsfläche sowie neuen Untersuchungs- und Funktionsbereichen. Besonders hervorzuheben: Der neue Standort bietet rund dreimal so viel Platz wie zuvor und umfasst zwei neue Refraktionsräume sowie einen modernen Audiobereich.

Zum Leistungsumfang gehörten Trockenbau-, Boden- und Malerarbeiten, Elektro-, Klima- und Sanitärinstallationen, sicherheitsrelevante Gewerke sowie die vollständige Umsetzung des aktuellen Ladenbaukonzepts von Apollo.

Das Ergebnis: ein zukunftsorientierter Store, der Beratung, Technik und Kundenerlebnis optimal miteinander verbindet – und ein sehr zufriedener Kunde.

Three times more space for a modern customer experience 👓

bk Group has delivered a new Apollo store at Forum Köpenick, designed and built according to the latest retail and technology standards.

The new location spans 295 m² and includes 188 m² of sales space alongside dedicated consultation and functional areas. One of the project highlights: the new store offers approximately three times more space than the previous location and includes two new refraction rooms as well as a dedicated audio area.

The scope included drywall, flooring and painting works, electrical, HVAC and sanitary installations, safety systems and the complete implementation of Apollo’s latest shopfitting concept.

The result: a future-ready store that combines customer experience, technology and functionality – and a highly satisfied client.

International für SKECHERS 🌍

Nach dem erfolgreich realisierten Projekt in Warschau hat die bk Group nun auch den ersten gemeinsamen SKECHERS Store in Tschechien umgesetzt.

Im internationalen Umfeld eines Westfield Centers entstand in Prag auf rund 280 m² eine moderne Retailfläche, die den hohen Anforderungen des Kunden und des Standorts gerecht wird.

Zum Projektumfang gehörten unter anderem HKLSE-, Trockenbau-, Maler- und Bodenbelagsarbeiten. Durch die enge Koordination aller Gewerke konnte der Store termingerecht zur Eröffnung fertiggestellt werden.

Besonders freut uns das positive Feedback unseres Kunden: volle Zufriedenheit mit dem Ergebnis – und die gemeinsame Reise geht weiter.

Mit Projekten in Warschau und Prag baut die bk Group ihre internationale Retail-Expertise konsequent weiter aus.

International for SKECHERS 🌍

Following the successful completion of the Warsaw project, bk Group has now delivered the first joint SKECHERS store in the Czech Republic.

Located within an international Westfield shopping centre in Prague, the new retail space spans approximately 280 m² and was designed to meet the high standards of both the client and the location.

The scope included HVAC, plumbing and electrical services, drywall, painting and flooring works. Through close coordination of all trades, the store was completed on schedule for opening.

We are especially pleased with the client’s feedback: complete satisfaction with the result – and the shared journey continues.

With projects in both Warsaw and Prague, bk Group continues to expand its international retail expertise.

Armani Storebau – Qualität, die sichtbar wird ✨

Die bk Group hat für Armani einen Store im Outlet Center realisiert – von Januar bis Ende März 2026.

Nach dem vollständigen Rückbau entstand auf 220 m² Verkaufsfläche und 119 m² Back-of-House eine moderne Retailfläche mit klarer architektonischer Linie. Neben Trockenbau, Fliesenarbeiten und einer markanten Baffle-Decke wurden sämtliche technischen Gewerke umgesetzt – von Klima, Lüftung und Luftschleieranlage bis hin zu Elektro-, Sanitär- und Brandschutzsystemen.

Ein entscheidender Erfolgsfaktor war die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Architekten.

Das Ergebnis: eine mängelfreie Übergabe, ein sehr zufriedener Kunde und ein besonderes Lob für die Ausführungsqualität.

Armani store fit-out – quality you can see ✨

bk Group has delivered a new store for Armani within an outlet centre, completed between January and the end of March 2026.

Following a full strip-out, a modern retail space was created across 220 m² of sales area and 119 m² of back-of-house space. The project included drywall works, tiled flooring and a distinctive baffle ceiling, as well as the full range of technical installations – from HVAC and air curtain systems to electrical, sanitary and fire protection systems.

Close collaboration with the architect played a key role in achieving the final result.

The outcome: a defect-free handover, a highly satisfied client and special recognition for the ex*****on quality.

Neuer Store im NordWestZentrum erfolgreich umgesetzt 🚀

Die bk Group hat im NordWestZentrum in Frankfurt einen neuen Store realisiert – umgesetzt von Mitte Januar bis Ende Februar.

Auf knapp 200 m² Fläche entstand ein moderner Retailstandort. Das Projekt umfasste sämtliche Ausbaugewerke, darunter Trockenbau, Malerarbeiten, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik, Sanitär- und Elektroinstallationen sowie Fassadenarbeiten.

Dank einer präzisen Koordination aller Gewerke konnte der Store planmäßig fertiggestellt werden.

Das Feedback des Kunden: sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.

Ein weiteres erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Retailprojekt.

New store successfully delivered at NordWestZentrum 🚀

bk Group has completed a new retail project at NordWestZentrum, delivering the store between mid-January and the end of February.

Across nearly 200 m², a modern retail space was created. The project included all fit-out trades, such as drywall and painting works, HVAC and ventilation systems, sanitary and electrical installations, and façade works.

Through precise coordination of all trades, the store was completed as planned.

Client feedback: very satisfied with the result.

Neues Büro in Düsseldorf – umgesetzt durch unser eigenes Team 🚀

Aus einer nahezu leeren Fläche mit rund 200 m² ist unsere neue Außenstelle in Düsseldorf entstanden – geplant und realisiert durch unsere eigene Bauabteilung.

Wir haben neue Wände für einen Besprechungsraum erstellt, Türen integriert, die Klimaanlage angepasst und ergänzt sowie die Beleuchtung für optimale Arbeitsbedingungen neu positioniert. Ein neu geschaffener Eingangskorridor trennt nun den Pausenraum mit Wasserspender vom Bürobereich. Ein Galeriefenster bringt zusätzlich Licht in den Raum, während Textilspannrahmen mit Logo und Motiven für Identität, Ambiente und bessere Akustik sorgen. Abgerundet wird das Konzept durch einen neuen Teppichboden in Anthrazit, der einen klaren Kontrast zu den weißen Möbeln setzt.

Besonders wichtig waren eine präzise Budgetplanung und die fachgerechte Entfernung der alten Fußbodenfixierung, um chemische Geruchsbildung zu vermeiden.

Ein Projekt in eigener Sache – und ein starkes Beispiel für unsere Kompetenz im Innenausbau.

New office in Düsseldorf – delivered by our own team 🚀

From an almost empty 200 m² space, we have created our new branch office in Düsseldorf – planned and executed by our in-house construction team.

We installed new partition walls to create a meeting room, integrated new doors, adapted and extended the air conditioning system, and repositioned lighting for optimal working conditions. A newly built entrance corridor now separates the break room, including a water dispenser, from the office area. A gallery-style internal window increases natural light, while textile frames featuring our logo and selected motifs enhance both identity and acoustics. A new anthracite carpet completes the concept, creating a strong contrast to the white furniture.

Key focus areas included precise budget control and the careful removal of the existing floor adhesive to prevent any potential chemical odour formation.

A project for ourselves – and a strong reflection of our interior fit-out expertise.

Premiere im Ingolstadt Village: Erster Crocs Store erfolgreich realisiert 🚀

Die bk Group hat erstmals ein Projekt für Crocs umgesetzt – und im Ingolstadt Village einen neuen Store termingerecht realisiert.

Innerhalb einer reinen Bauzeit von sechs Wochen entstand auf rund 100 m² Verkaufsfläche und 50 m² Back-of-House ein vollständig neu ausgebauter Store. Vom kompletten Innenausbau im entkernten Gebäude über Elektro, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär bis hin zu Möbelmontage, Schiebetür mit Türluftschleier sowie allen Sachverständigen-Abnahmen wurde das Projekt ganzheitlich umgesetzt.

Besonders anspruchsvoll: die hohen Nachhaltigkeitsvorgaben des Villages, die präzise mit dem Crocs-Designkonzept abgestimmt werden mussten – bei einer Raumhöhe von bis zu acht Metern.

Das Ergebnis: eine planmäßige Eröffnung und ein sehr zufriedener Kunde.

Ein starker Auftakt für die Zusammenarbeit.

Premiere at Ingolstadt Village: First Crocs Store Successfully Delivered 🚀

bk Group has completed its first project for Crocs, delivering a new store at Ingolstadt Village on schedule.

Within a net construction period of six weeks, a fully fitted-out store was realised across approximately 100 m² of sales space and 50 m² of back-of-house area. From complete interior fit-out in a stripped shell to electrical, HVAC and sanitary works, furniture installation, sliding entrance door with air curtain and all required inspections, the project was delivered as a fully integrated solution.

Key challenge: meeting the Village’s strict sustainability and ex*****on standards while aligning them with the Crocs design concept – all within a space featuring ceiling heights of up to eight metres.

The result: an on-time opening and a highly satisfied client.

A strong start to a promising collaboration.

Erfolgreich realisiert: Retail-Projekt in Norderstedt

In Norderstedt wurde eine Retailfläche erfolgreich umgesetzt. Die bk Group übernahm die vollständige Durchführung der Baumaßnahmen und realisierte das Projekt von Anfang September bis Anfang Dezember.

Auf rund 160 Quadratmetern wurden umfangreiche Leistungen ausgeführt – darunter Sanitär-, Elektro- und Klimaarbeiten, Decken-, Wand- und Malerarbeiten, neue Fliesen- und Vinylböden, moderne Beleuchtung, Brandschutzmaßnahmen sowie statische Betonarbeiten zur Anpassung der Flächenstruktur.

Das Ergebnis: eine saubere, termintreue Umsetzung ohne Mängel. Der Kunde zeigte sich sehr zufrieden mit der Ausführungsqualität und dem professionellen Projektverlauf.

Successfully delivered: Store refurbishment in Norderstedt

A retail store in Norderstedt was successfully refurbished. PK Group was responsible for the full ex*****on of the construction works, delivering the project from early September through early December.

Across approximately 160 square metres, extensive works were completed, including sanitary, electrical and HVAC installations, ceiling, wall and painting works, new tiled and vinyl flooring, modern lighting solutions, fire protection systems and structural concrete works to adapt the spatial layout.

The outcome: high-quality workmanship, delivered on time and without defects. The client expressed strong satisfaction with both the ex*****on quality and the overall project delivery.
