هذه هي العملية التي تعد الكتان للغزل حيث يتم سحبه من خلال مختلف الأحجام. أولاً يتم سحبها من خلال ثقب بمسامير متباعدة إلى حد ما لإزالة القش ، ثم تقوم العقدة ذات المسامير القريبة من بعضها بتلميع الألياف وتقسيمها. يتم تجميع الألياف التي تنطلق على القرصنة لتوفير منتج أقل جودة لا يزال له بعض القيمة ، بينما يتم تنظيف الكتان المقطوع الذي يظل سليماً مرة أخرى ويحقق لمعانًا وليونة مما يجعله مثاليًا للغزل.
المَشق او التسريح هو الخطوة الأخيرة من ثلاث خطوات لتحضير ألياف الكتان للغزل. المشق او التسريح يفصل ألياف الكتان ويقويها، كما يزيل اللب الليفي والشوائب. يُمشَق او يسرح الكتان بمماشق أو أمشاط تفصل الألياف المتشابكة وتجعلها مستقيمة ونظيفة وجاهزة للغزل. بعد المشق او التسريح والغزل، تصبح ألياف الكتان جاهزة لتنسج بشكل قماش

This is the process that prepares the flax for spinning in which it is pulled through various different sized hackles. First it is pulled through a hackle with nails spaced fairly far apart to remove the straw and then the hackles with nails close together would polish and split the fibers. The fibers that come off on the hackle are bundled to provide a lower quality product still of some value, while the hackled flax that remains intact is cleaned once more and achieves a gloss and suppleness which make it ideal for spinning.

We are pleased to present our product of Egyptian Flax fiber re scutched tow short fiber , as we produce different grades of quality of re scutched tow flax short fiber according to the level of quality required by our various customers. Re scutched tow flax short fiber Quality is also determined by our customers in terms of the proportion of percentage cottonized flax short fiber from each ton from flax re scotched tow short fiber that we produce and export to our customer .
we have 4 kind of quality of egyptian flax fiber re scutched tow short fiber as below :-
1- The first type that we manufactured it is re scutched tow flax short fiber one stage process
each ton of it content 40% wooden shivers and percentage of cottonized flax short fiber that producer from one ton of one stage process type is 55%.
2- The secound type that we manufactured it is re scutched tow flax short fiber two stage process
each ton of it content 25% wooden shivers and percentage of cottonized flax short fiber that producer from one ton of two stage process type is 70%.
3- The third type that we manufactured it is re scutched tow flax short fiber three stage process
each ton of it content 20% wooden shivers and percentage of cottonized flax short fiber that producer from one ton of three stage process type is 75%.
4- The fourth
type that we manufactured it is re scutched tow flax short fiber four stage process
each ton of it content 15% wooden shivers and percentage of cottonized flax short fiber that producer from one ton of one stage process type is 80%.

One acre planted with flax after harvest produces from 300 to 400 kilos of flax seeds
Purification process
The flax seeds are collected after the process of separating the flax seed from it flowers then the purification process takes place, i.e. cleaning and separating the flax seeds from any impurities, and the degree of purification is known in Egypt as carats, meaning that the greater the purification or cleaning of impurities, the higher the degree of carats or the quality extracted from the process Cleaning for flaxseed

One ton of flaxseeds, after the milling process, produces from 250 to 300 kg of flaxseed oil
Packaging
Flaxseeds are packed in bags, according to the customer's request

طريقة التعبئه :-
يتم فرز الكتان الشعر الخام المصرى لفصل الدرجة الأولى عن الثانية ثم يتم كبسه فى بالات وزن الباله 250 كيلو جرام
التحميل :-
الكونتنر 20 قدم الجاف يتم تحميله 11طن من الكتان المصرى الخام الشعر
الكونتنر 40 قدم الجاف الأستندر يتم تحميله 22 طن من الكتان المصرى الخام الشعر.
الكونتنر 40 قدم الجاف الهاى الكيوب يتم تحميله 26 طن من الكتان المصري الخام الشعر
