As GlobalCorp- celebrates 10 years of excellence in the financial sector, we are proud to unveil their new 4,000+ sqm headquarters at St. East, Egypt (Phase I).
In the words of Mr. Hatem Samir (Founder, Managing Director & Group CEO), “Your success is our success.” This philosophy became the heartbeat of our design and delivery process, shaping every decision along the journey.
Every aspect of the design, from finishes to furniture, was meticulously crafted to balance ergonomics, functionality, and proportions, creating a contemporary, luxurious environment that reflects GlobalCorp-’s true identity. Advanced technology was seamlessly integrated throughout the headquarters to support collaboration, efficiency, and long-term growth.
More than a workplace, this project stands as a landmark—honoring GlobalCorp- first decade while laying the foundation for a limitless future.
For this distinguished project, our role went beyond interior design and site supervision, Echelle architects proudly led the full Project and Cost management (PM & CM), ensuring that the vision was matched by precision in ex*****on.
