Joubal, another high profile, residential masterplan project, located just a stroll away from the El Gouna Concert Hall.

Its unique topography, heavily consisting of cascading hills, challenged us while creating appealing landscapes for this sustainable residential compound, to which we were involved in all aspects of design from streetscapes to the landscapes surrounding the homes of the Joubal residents.

Our work on Joubal isn't just an idea either, it is one of our many projects that have been successfully completed and delivered to the highest standard.
