to a fully reimagined hospitality living experience.

A complete transformation of a 760 sqm floor into 9 modern residential serviced units, designed to match the standards of contemporary hotel-style living.

The project started with raising and re-planning the spaces to maximize functionality, privacy, and circulation efficiency.
Currently, all existing old works are being dismantled and prepared for a complete architectural transformation.

A new modern design concept is being developed to create elegant, practical, and fully optimized living units with a contemporary identity.

This is more than renovation…
