Casi 4 años desde la finalización de nuestro primer proyecto de vivienda plurifamiliar, que tambien coincide con nuestro primer proyecto construido.

11 viviendas con 11 tipologias diferentes desde estudios a duplex de 3 dormitorios.
Este aproach al proyecto nos permitió experimentar con diferentes organizaciones para la vivienda en una fase muy temprana del estudio. Conceptos que hemos ido recuperando y re-estudiando en los proyectos que han venido despues siempre buscando la mejor respuesta arquitectónica a las necesidades particulares del proyecto y sus habitantes.

LA CUADRINA_ Our first project in Asturias is nearly complete and just beginning to come alive through those who will call it home.

A former cattle barn once used for cheese production has been transformed into a warm, contemporary home for a family.

The renovation respects the original volume, preserving its presence within the rural landscape, while the interior has been reimagined to meet the needs of its new inhabitants.

We were entrusted with the transformation of one of Torremolinos’ most iconic nightlife venues a space that once pulsed with the glamour of the ‘80s as Tiffany’s, evolved into Palladium, and now lives on as Studio Club, a leading voice in today’s electronic music scene.

The renovation honored the cultural memory of the building while projecting it into a bold new future. Artists like Play in Colors and Conxisane added layers of identity and expression, turning architecture into a living stage.

As Studio Club’s anniversary approaches, we celebrate a story of reinvention of space, sound, and collective memory.
To mark the occasion, we’re sharing a glimpse into the transformation process a visual journey through demolition, design and rebirth.

We’re excited to announce our first project using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber): the renovation of a 1940s home in the historic center of Benalmádena. 🏡 The design preserves the original façade, introducing openings that resemble a subtle collapse, while the new structure is set back to highlight the historic exterior.

Between the original and new façades, a carefully planned “controlled forest” creates a sense of comfort and privacy, shielding the home from the street and offering a peaceful, intimate retreat. 🌿
