Full process this year:
• Jet washed the cave exterior
• Scraped and filled repairs
• Sealed the surface
• Finished with a full spray paint

Another villa completed on Peraleja Golf Resort ⛳️

Preparation is key before any painting begins, and this reform was no exception.

We started by fully power washing the entire villa, followed by filling, preparing, scraping, and sealing all problem areas to ensure a long lasting finish.

All masonry work and woodwork were completed, including doors, windows, pergolas, metal grills, and garage doors.

🏡 Work in Progress

Busy working on this beautiful villa project the masonry work is nearly complete, and it’s really starting to take shape.

Next up : Paint all woodwork doors, windows, and Pergolas , also all the ironworks grills & gates.

This villa is currently undergoing a full renovation and will look absolutely fantastic once completed.
