5SENSES | Al anochecer..

La arquitectura se percibe de manera distinta cuando desaparece la luz natural. Los volúmenes se simplifican, las aperturas adquieren protagonismo y la materialidad emerge a través de la iluminación.

Piedra, vidrio y vegetación construyen una atmósfera serena donde interior y exterior mantienen un diálogo constante. La luz acompaña el recorrido y pone en valor aquello que define el proyecto: proporción, profundidad y relación con el paisaje.

Architecture is perceived differently once natural light fades away. Volumes become more restrained, openings take center stage, and materiality emerges through carefully orchestrated illumination.

5SENSES | Secuencias de espacios y luz

Más que ocupar un claro, la vivienda parece encontrar su lugar entre los árboles. Los volúmenes blancos emergen entre la vegetación como piezas silenciosas, protegidas por el pinar y abiertas a su presencia.

La arquitectura no busca dominar el paisaje, sino habitarlo. Captura la luz entre las copas, prolonga las vistas y convierte cada estancia en un observatorio sereno sobre la naturaleza.

Un refugio donde el bosque define la atmósfera y el tiempo transcurre más despacio.

En Miraflores de la Sierra, la vivienda encuentra refugio entre los pinos, abriéndose al paisaje sin renunciar a la intimidad.

The architecture does not seek to dominate the landscape, but to inhabit it. It captures the light filtering through the canopy, extends the views, and transforms every room into a serene observatory overlooking nature.

A retreat where the forest shapes the atmosphere and time flows more slowly.

In Miraflores de la Sierra, the house finds shelter among the pine trees, opening itself to the landscape without sacrificing privacy.

ALA NORTE | Interior en calma

Ubicada en el entorno rural de Comillas, esta vivienda contemporánea interpreta la arquitectura tradicional desde una mirada serena y precisa. Dos volúmenes de cubierta inclinada evocan la escala de los antiguos graneros, mientras un cuerpo intermedio articula el recorrido y la transición entre espacios.

La luz atraviesa el patio, la doble altura y grandes aperturas prolongan el interior hacia el jardín y el paisaje cántabro. La madera natural, las superficies minerales y la continuidad visual construyen una atmósfera cálida, silenciosa y profundamente vinculada al lugar.

Una arquitectura concebida desde la calma, la proporción y la relación constante con el exterior.

ALA NORTE | Interior in Calm

Located in the rural landscape of Comillas, this contemporary residence reinterprets traditional architecture through a serene and precise approach. Two pitched-roof volumes evoke the scale of old barns, while an intermediate body articulates the circulation and the transition between spaces.

Light moves through the courtyard, while the double-height space and large openings extend the interior towards the garden and the Cantabrian landscape. Natural wood, mineral surfaces and visual continuity create a warm, silent atmosphere deeply connected to its surroundings.

An architecture conceived through calmness, proportion and a constant relationship with the outdoors.
