One finished last week in la marina, old exterior ceilings insulated and boarded for thermal value as it was getting very hot in these areas in the summer months, old door way removed and boarded over, walls and ceilings straightened out and skimmed with a smooth finish throughout the property.

All works carried out to a high standard.

It’s been a while since we’ve posted, due to how busy we have been these last few months.
Here’s an apartment we skimmed over all the walls to get rid of the old Gotaley effect to leave it with a nice smooth modern finish and fitted a suspended ceiling in the kitchen area.
All windows and doors beaded round for nice sharp edges and finished to a high standard as always.

Here’s one we finished last week, next door to one we done a couple of months back.

All the people who bought houses on this street in vistabella golf where told by the developer the precast concrete wall could not be rendered as you can’t apply on to smooth concrete finish.

Well that is not the case, it’s all in the prep. Two very happy customers and a couple more booked in on the same street😎

This is a wall we done a few weeks back. Stripped off old pebble dash finish, reinforced, raised a block, fitted cappings with drip trays then rendered both sides.
