How does PEEV support the environment and local community of Mallorca? We use local materials and craftspeople wherever we possibly can and choose construction methods which respect the island’s environment.

The environment of the island, our home, is very important to us which is why we also support the Mallorca Preservation Foundation.

The mission of the Mallorca Preservation Foundation (MAPF) is to preserve the beauty and high environmental quality of Mallorca. They support local initiatives focused on preserving and protecting the marine and terrestrial environment, promoting environmental education and sustainable development.

Their vision is to create a sustainable future for Mallorca, where the natural environment is protected and preserved and where the local community thrives in harmony with the environment.

PEEV was founded in 2013 by Technical Architect Georgi Peev.

Georgi studied Technical Architecture at degree level at the Universidad de Les Illes Balears in Palma, Mallorca. Graduating in 2010 he immediately began to work for a well respected architecture firm in the Balearics and soon began to establish himself as a key member of the project team. His skillset grew rapidly to include budget and deadline control responsibilities and he naturally stepped into the role of construction project manager. Georgi took the opportunity to work independently on projects in 2013 and this led to him founding PEEV in the same year.

Georgi speaks several languages which has contributed to his effective communication and reputation as an excellent project manager. This mastery of English, Spanish, Catalan, and Bulgarian in conjunction with a comprehensive understanding of the demands and legalities of the construction process in Spain has enabled Georgi to engage and motivate multi-disciplinary construction teams to contribute the best of their abilities to the project.

PEEV’s reputation is now well established on the South West island of Mallorca, working with professional and private developers on high quality single family houses.
