QUIÉNES SOMOS Somos un estudio y constructora que aboga por una arquitectura humana, responsable, digna y cercana.

Pretendemos aportar a la sociedad nuevas soluciones en el campo de la arquitectura y la edificación, ya sea mediante el diseño y/o mediante sistemas constructivos industrializados, donde se aboga por la continua investigación en materiales, servicios y procesos. Esta premisa nos ha llevado a desarrollar 4 marcas propias:

- By Viraje: proyectos arquitectónicos singulares con vocación de permanenci

- Ubiko: Viviendas industrializadas high-end, cuya estructura y envolvente se realiza a través de un sistema de hormigón en 2D.
- U-raw: nuevo sistema constructivo diseñado por Viraje, compuesto por elementos prefabricados estandarizados que permiten conseguir una arquitectura más sostenible, asequible y de rápida ejecución.
- Whome: promotora de viviendas mediterráneas.

Casa d'Alt - Bugarra, Valencia

In the centre of Bugarra, this attic renovation is organised around a bespoke central element that separates the private areas facing the street from the living spaces oriented towards the terrace. Clay flooring and timber finishes reinterpret the material language of the traditional Mediterranean home.

Les Terrasses

Designed as second homes just moments from the seafront, the dwellings are accessed via an external communal corridor. This arrangement allows each home to align with the prevailing east-west breezes, encouraging natural cross-ventilation throughout the living spaces.

The layout is organised around a dual-aspect living, dining, and kitchen area, with two bedrooms opening onto both façades, separated by the central service core.

Casa entre Viñas

Its programme is organised across a series of volumes aligned along one of the limestone retaining walls. The terraces remain ever-present, extending across both the exterior and interior of the winery.

Les Terrasses

The rooftop is conceived as a shared recreational space, organised around the building’s technical volumes. Its perimeter becomes a landscaped solarium, while a centrally positioned swimming pool serves as a focal point for residents.

Gardenia 37 - Work in progress

Arriving at the site, we can faintly discern a form amid the vegetation.
A monumental colonnade, seven metres high, embraces and shelters the building behind it. It rises above and rests upon it, offering protection and blurring the solid volume concealed beyond. Upon reaching the entrance, the building has vanished from view. Nothing reveals what lies beyond the enclosure.

Les Terrasses

Volumetrically, the building is organised as a single volume running parallel to the street, with a surface car park located along the western boundary. This volume is articulated over three stepped levels, beginning at the three-metre statutory setback. This strategy increases the usable terrace area for the upper-level dwellings.

Gardenia 37 - Andratx, Mallorca

Bathed in soft, filtered light, the interiors unfold as a study in restraint and material warmth, where a muted palette and finely crafted joinery define a quietly sophisticated domestic landscape. The kitchen and dining areas are conceived as a continuous, open-plan environment, organised around a sculptural stone island and softened by tactile elements—linen drapery, pale timber and seamless surfaces—that temper the architectural rigour. Generous openings frame the surrounding greenery, allowing light and nature to permeate the space and reinforcing a sense of calm, lived-in elegance.
