✨ Out of Office ✨

After a very busy few months, I’m finally taking some proper time off for a well-deserved holiday 🏖️☀️.
It’s been a hectic summer with renovations, maintenance, and plenty of property care projects, so a little break is much needed!

📧 I’ll still be checking my emails during this time, but things may take a little longer than usual.

Back in action on 1st September, refreshed and ready to get stuck into the next round of projects.

Thank you to all my clients and friends for keeping me so busy – I really appreciate the trust you put in me.

🤫 It’s been a little quiet on here lately — but only because we’ve been deep in planning mode! 📝

We’ve got some exciting projects kicking off in September and have been working closely with architects, contractors, electricians and plumbers to make sure everything’s lined up just right for our clients.

In the meantime, we’ve been checking in on the holiday homes we care for while their owners are away.
It’s been incredibly warm here recently ☀️ and we’re nearly ready for a short summer break… but not just yet!

🎬 BONUS POST – Before, During & After: Entrance, Staircase & Snug

Let’s take a moment to look back.

This post isn’t about finishes or styling — it’s about the messy, dusty, exciting middle. These are the parts no one usually shows… but they’re what get you to the good stuff.

At the start, this space was a maze of stone, rubble, awkward walls, and half ideas. But we saw the potential — and knew if we could open it up, it would change the whole flow of the house.

🔨 We knocked through thick stone to create room for a new layout
🪜 Lived with ladders (and a lot of dust) for what felt like forever
🪵 Installed a bespoke oak staircase as the centrepiece
🪨 Preserved and restored the exposed stone walls
🛋 Transformed a forgotten corner into a warm, welcoming snug

Now it’s one of our favourite spaces in the whole house — filled with natural light, character, and that feeling of calm that only comes once the noise has cleared.

This is why we do what we do.

The heart of the home 💚

This kitchen was designed to be warm, timeless, and practical — a space that works just as well for everyday living as it does for entertaining.

We used a heritage green kitchen from Howdens Bordeaux, paired with solid oak worktops and a bespoke oak extractor hood for texture and depth. The travertine flooring continues through the whole ground floor, bringing consistency and natural warmth.

The room opens into the dining area and out onto the terrace, so the layout feels calm and connected — with light from both sides.

Simple details, natural materials, and a quiet palette. Nothing flashy — just a really beautiful place to cook and spend time.

🛠️No fuss — just making sure everything’s ready to enjoy.

✅ Grass cut
✅ Strimming done
✅ Pool looking spot on
✅ House clean, checked, and all set for the owners.

They’re arriving tomorrow to a home that’s summer ready.

We built this decking last year to give them more lounging space by the pool — still looking brilliant a year on. 🌞💦

Had a few hiccups with the pool this year (old pump finally gave up), but thanks to Josh for sorting it fast and always being available — lifesaver! 🙌

A great first meeting at the office today with new clients!
OUT WITH THE OLD & IN WITH THE NEW!!
We explored ideas for two full bathroom renovations — and this retro charm will soon make way for fresh new layouts, updated fittings, and a whole new feel. 💧🛁

Nous avons discuté de deux rénovations complètes de salle de bains — et ce style vintage va bientôt laisser place à des aménagements neufs, des équipements modernes et une ambiance totalement repensée. 💧🛁
