a prototype carbon fibre/kevlar sail yacht (Distancia 60Ft) to painter and farer on full paint refits of up to 63.5m superyachts from reputable shipyards. My keen eye for detail and dedication to craftsmanship earned me a reputation in the superyacht industry, projecting me into my successful freelance shipwright business restoring and refitting yachts across the South coast of France, including full teak deck refits, cabin restoration, full head (bathroom) rebuilds, waterproofing, furniture restoration and custom builds, faring and corrosion repairs. However, a growing family who needed my presence drew me towards new horizons on the land. Inspired by a desire to bring my carpentry skills closer to home, we boldly decided to transition from the coast to rural France and, in turn, transfer my shipbuilding experience to domestic kitchen fitting, windows and doors installation and floor renovations. My vision is to transpose the precision and artistry required by marine carpentry to crafting functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces within homes. In my new venture, I apply the same dedication and expertise that rendered me a standout shipwright. I bring a unique perspective to domestic carpentry, infusing my projects with luxurious flair and an unwavering commitment to quality and precision. Whether installing and renovating kitchens, supplying or fitting new windows and doors or renovating floors, my clients benefit from my extensive experience and meticulous attention to detail.
