Now the weather is finally improving a couple of jobs that make a big difference to the external look of your house and ones I really enjoy…

1. Fitting new UPVC fascia and soffits. Covers the old peeling rotten wooden ones. Lasts indefinitely and only needs a wipe with a damp cloth once a year. Really brings alive the look of your house!
2. Replacing your faded gutters. In some of the photos attached I’ve fitted Hi Flow gutters instead of the standard half round. Helps ensure water runs away as it should especially in heavy rain.

Been busy the last couple of weeks refreshing a kitchen, side access and hallway and landing. A nice fresh coat of white on the walls, ceilings and woodwork in the kitchen complimented with a new wallpapered feature wall. Likewise I replaced the existing wallpaper in the hallway/landing. Some tricky work with a number of drops exceeding 4m. Fresh coat of paint on the ceilings and woodwork.

Last week this room was an empty shell having suffered from a water leak upstairs. A newly plastered ceiling, bare floor and walls that needed a little TLC. Fast forward 3 days we have fresh looking walls and ceiling, a mural added as a feature wall and new carpet tiles laid plus some IKEA furniture assembled.
