Last week, 12 members of the Scot-Tech Fire & Security team successfully completed an Emergency First Aid at Work course delivered by Forrest Training Ltd.

The training covered essential life-saving skills, including incident assessment, CPR, recovery positions, and responding effectively to a range of workplace emergencies and injuries.

While we hope these skills are never needed, having the knowledge and confidence to act in an emergency is invaluable. It's all part of our ongoing commitment to health, safety, and professional development across the team.

We're delighted to have been selected to support the Inverurie Town Centre CCTV Project.

Following a competitive tender process, our team has worked closely with project leaders to develop CCTV system options that support the project's goals of enhancing public safety, deterring anti-social behaviour and supporting Inverurie's town centre and night-time economy.

We'd like to thank We are Inverurie - BID, Aberdeenshire Council and all stakeholders involved for the opportunity to contribute to this important community project.

Last week, our Commercial Manager and qualified Fire Warden Trainer, Michael Loszak, delivered his Fire Warden training session to a few members of the IFB team.

While IFB helps organisations protect their digital assets, this training is a reminder that protecting people is even more important. Whether it's cyber threats or fire risks, effective safety starts with awareness, preparation and the right procedures.
