I am not a Tradesman, with no formal training. The pupose of this page , is to create an insight, for the viewer, of what work I have done over a 20year period, within property. If it brings more work, I will not complain...

I call myself an architectural restorer firsly out of respect for those that have 'served' a time. The physical work that I do is, wet trades, normally done by a tradesman. W

It would be fair to say this is where it all began.... I was not the owner.. My role was to find premises, help in its preparation, some small repairs and muliple restoration work, including basic french polishing, mixing own oils for wood, day to day runing, open and close, source stock,view and valuate, prep for sale, liase with clients and be answering to the owner, albeit with carte blanche.
