Another job complete in westhill 😎 all old harling removed as it had failed and needed a freshen up
Sbr on all existing walls to control the suction and get a better bond, scratch coated and harled in a white chip, walls will be completely white when dried/cured

Absolutely horrendous weather this week 😂🙈 really not great for working outdoors but pushed on none the less, wall built back up, all old harling removed and skipped, walls coated in Sbr and managed to scratch coat everything 🙂 harled the next dry day and onto the next project

Onto the next project.....A section of wall in the back garden was 3" out of plumb, so wall knocked down/skipped will be re built tomoro, all render removed from existing walls. Scratch coated then re harled next week weather permitting
And a little pillar harled in a grey granite chip in Banchory

Some more work on a project in Strachan
Was a bit of a nightmare on this job
The plan was to point all the way across the lower back of the property but was faced with 6" blocks around the left hand window so tied in the left side with the existing, built it back out and put a bead on to separate the two panels
Right hand side re pointed with a hydraulic lime mix
The top part is going to be finished by the joiner with some kind of timber 👌
Gable end round the side harled and looking much fresher now

Finished a little project out by the Falls of feugh
The property had issues with damp so I dug out all thd old mortar, thoroughly cleaned the granite with brick acid to bring it back to life and re pointed in lime, looking much fresher now 👌 and a wee wall too 🤣
