In Nothern Japan and the forests of China you can see these flowers that look normal but when they come in contact with water their petals turn transparent.

Its name is skeleton flower or glass flower (Diphylleia grayi)

The peony is among the longest-used flowers in Eastern culture. In China it is also known as 富貴花 (fùguìhuā) "flower of riches and honour". Normally flowering in late spring to early summer :)
