A case of not sure what hes doing...

Called out to a job at Leyland.. local Wild west man 🤠 had beaded and "meshed" this timber frame extension and dissapeared with the funds......

Customer looking for completion, full krend system HP12 fresh mesh and beads in the top 3rd.

Primered and Top Coat in Colour Pearl. Great finish. Rest of house to follow 👌👌

Everybody loves a black bottom dont they 👌👌

Liquid DPC paint blow the rendered to Damp Proof course, asthetically pleasing and your new full silicone facade will dump 99% of water there... protecting those areas.

Always looking out for the lowest maintenance options, investments into your properties should last and not create problems 👌👌

Maintenance free garden walls with Farrow & Ball class 👌

3 years to the day we were here plastering the Loft, back to freshen up the Garden walls.

Full removal , RendaGrip ✔️
Beads mesh and a heavy coat ✔️
Skim coat ✔️
Primer ✔️
Top Coat ✔️

What a lot of People dont realise is that Johnstones Render only actually produce white. Give them a brands colour code and they will mix the product to any other manufacturuers colour you want. This one being Farrow & Balls no.241 Skimming Stone.. the 2nd job this week going for it! I truly hope they "Grey Days" are over.

Maintenance free, solid , reliable and modern in my opinion this system is far superior to Monnochouche Renders.
